Ephraim Twillie, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy or overwhelming. He gave us the information we needed, answered our questions honestly. What stood out most was how comfortable he made the entire process. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but he made it easy and enjoyable. As an added bonus, my husband actually liked him—which is probably one of the highest compliments I can give a salesperson! If you're looking for someone who is professional, respectful, and truly focused on helping rather than selling, I highly recommend working with him. More
