Service advisor Martin was great, however labor cost for service should not have been as expensive as it was. Last and most important, charging a 3% service fee to pay with a credit or debit card is absolut service should not have been as expensive as it was. At the service desk, seemed like “service” was missing a bit. On a slow Tuesday afternoon, (slow being admitted by the service desk personnel and tech workers leisurely waiting for customers arrival), 3 ser bit. On a slow Tuesday afternoon, (slow being admitted by the service desk personnel and tech workers leisurely waiting for customers arrival), 3 service desk personnel basically ignored my arrival - 1 kept working on his computer, 1 doing paper work and 1 stayed on the phone with a customer. No eye contact or even a greeting smile of acknowledgement. Even if they are so busy, my human expectation was at least a hello or a non verbal “hello” with a minimum of eye contact and a smile. When asked who can help me, 1 on the computer said the other 2 will help. The 2nd person not on the phone, replied “NO” and pointed to the 3rd person on the phone. Seemed rude. But ok. Finally when the 3rd person got off the phone, then we were back in business. No issues afterwards. Point of this write up - your service desk personnel need training in customer service. If they keep behaving like they did, more not so positive reviews will keep coming and more customers will feel the pain at your dealership. More
