They were misleading with the price of the car and sales associate was not very knowledgeable. Took 4 hours to buy car. Someone was always complaining about computer system. It is unreasonable to charge for two diagnostic tests. We ended up paying $574 for an oil change and diagnostic testing, and we were informed that the double charge was for two different reasons. However, at the end, we were told that it was actually for two hours of diagnostic testing. Despite the cost, they did not even clean our car. We are unsatisfied with the service provided. More
