Service tech Rosalyn was not very engaging or personable. I was having oil changed and another item looked at. Dropped off at 10:30a and did not get the video inspection until 3:57p. Brought my car in for AC service and I had purchased an extended warranty. The warranty company had some restrictions that made it difficult for Shottenkirk Nissan to perform the repairs within the guideli extended warranty.
