Anwar, I can appreciate your frustration, no one was lying about the Maroney sticker missing, The Rogue you purchased was indeed a vehicle that came from another dealer, I was aware the car was missing it's sticker. I had ordered a new one, they take a while to come in. I'm aware Zeb showed you three different Rogues to pick the one you wanted. It is my understanding that sat in the one you wanted and picked the one you purchased. The Nissan Propack was adequately disclosed. I'm currently looking at 4 different times where it was shown to you and you signed the purchase offers. If you would like to review your signatures, I would be happy to provide them for you. was told its in the glove compartment yes the car came from Humble had 7 miles Retail Purchase Agreement said 7 miles too but it had 75 miles (not compalining) Just becuase you sit in the car you have to purchased it Yes i sat in the car i purchased but i was lied when i was told it had the platinum package ($650) just like the 3 other cars on the lot (not compalining about the car) Nissan Propack contract was not disclosed nor does it say anywhere i had purchased it.when i was signing i had asked about it i was told dont worry we are not charging you for it. Its complimentary from the company but you'll have the nerve to charge $2999 for a lousy coverage. Please look at the paperwork it does not say how much will i be charged for or cost me and whether i can get refund on it or not. On purchase agreement it says Ethos Maintenance Con $176 i was told this was for the NISSAN PROPACK which you'll were purchasing from Ethos and charging me just for the paperwork.(which sounds right for the lousy coverage) Please refund me $2999 for the Nissan Propack and $650 for the Platinum Package if you search under the vin number it will tell you this car does comes with the platinum package/ Hopefully we can review this asap and i will have to seek my remedy for it from somewhere else unneccessary expense just becuase of your staff and not becuase of NISSAN car company
