I’m still waiting to hear back about the trim molding they ordered for my car, despite leaving 2 messages. I was told the piece would be in 2 weeks ago. Will not help back of the vehicles they sell when there are issues. Service can't figure out why I am getting lower gas mileage than a gas engine when have a HYBRID! I'm not going away! I love bringing my car to this dealership. They always treat my car very well. I usually sit and wait for my services to be done and they do their best to not keep me waiting forever.
