They do not reach out when parts come in and if they do, they only do it once, sometimes don’t even leave a voicemail. You make apppointments but they are just suggestions. Like if you make a 10am appointme they only do it once, sometimes don’t even leave a voicemail. You make apppointments but they are just suggestions. Like if you make a 10am appointment, it doesn’t mean you are getting in at that time, they just commit you to bring your car in at that time and then don’t get to your care until 1pm (they won’t tell you when you will be served tho) Amy will give you no expectation and say she doesn’t know how long it will take so then you are stuck with just either sitting by there or having to find transportation. You will most likely have to just know that your car is not free all day no matter how early you “make an appointment”. They also really don’t listen to you sometimes. I have said this thing is wrong with my car the last 3 times I have come in and it is never addressed or even remembered by them. On almost every time I have been in I have noticed an issue with the final total and had to say son and if I didn’t they would have just let the incorrect total go. I have seen no issue with any work they have done on the car afterwards tho, which is good More
