`I had a recall on my vehicle and called to see it there had been a fix created. The rep looked my vehicle up in the system and advised that yes a fix had been created and made an appointment for me 10-14 had been a fix created. When I arrived at the appointed time I was told that they did not have a fix yet. I told the guy, that I had been told differently and that was why I was here! He said he would check it and asked if my phone number was 404-xxx-xxxx. I told him no that was my husband’s number. He then said is yours 770-xxx-xxxx. I said no that was incorrect as he had two numbers transposed. He did not correct it on his computer. I waited for over an hour and my husband called me to say that he had just gotten a text from Shottenkirk advising that my vehicle was ready. I thanked him since no one at the dealership had said anything to me about this. This is my second recall on a brand new vehicle, with months wait time for fixes to be developed. Needless to say, I am not impressed by Hyundai, or the service being provided at this time. More

I felt completely blindsided by the price. I would’ve appreciated a call before things were just upgraded according to mechanic/manager opinion and not the owners budget(me). The price I got when I picked up my car- compared to when I called for a price the day before- was a two hundred dollar difference because a man decided my car need the most expensive oil. Never asked me or called and said it NEEDED it vs the more affordable transmission oils. I’ll go elsewhere. Very unhappy. More
Having to leave my Hyundai Santa Fe car at Shottenkirk Hyundai for three days to run diagnostics was a major inconvenience. On another note, between my Sante Fe and Kona vehicles, on three separate occasions I was informed that I would be called when the part came. This did not happen at any time. I have always had to call Shottenkirk to see if the part had come in and in all occasions it had been in for several days and no one never called me to make an appointment to put the part on the vehicle.
