Wait much, much to long for a simple scheduled oil change (3.5 hours). I believe if people have an appointment there should be someone scheduled to do their work especially if it’s a simple oil change get pe (3.5 hours). They do NOT call back or answer the phone. I’ve used them for the entirety of my 36k mile warranty for basic maintenance and it’s always been a pain. Among many other issues, a 3 hour wait for a simple oil change with an appointment while I wait!!?! Last time I went in for an appointment, they kept my car 3 days and never called me to let me know what was happening (turns out, absolutely nothing! They never even fixed the problems!). We called and left messages 6 times and never got a reply. We even spoke briefly with the general manager, who said he’d call right back after checking on the problem….he never called! Never ever take your vehicle here- I was warned and didn’t heed it. The word is getting out. Go somewhere else! More

Personnel were professional and competent. However, we came in a week ago to get work done for a recall. We couldn’t get for service right then so we scheduled an appointment and came back f However, we came in a week ago to get work done for a recall. We couldn’t get for service right then so we scheduled an appointment and came back for it. The service tech, same one we scheduled our service through, said he hoped the part was available. Key point: if you schedule an appointment to get work done, the tech should definitely ensure the parts are in when the customer comes back in for the scheduled appointment. Luckily, the part was in! It could have meant 3 trips! More
Amazing service. Dropped off my car, was greeted promptly. I asked for a drop off (shuttle) and one was shortly provided. The drive home was exceptionally nice.
