While Amy was prompt, attentive, and apologetic, I did not have a good experience at my most recent service. Amy was very kind and had a great initial conversation to set my appt. However, I was told that I would have my car by end of day of service. I checked in 3/4 way through day and got a response that it had set my appt. However, I was told that I would have my car by end of day of service. I checked in 3/4 way through day and got a response that it hadn't been started yet but that it would be shortly. Then, I texted later and got no response. Hyundai closed. No response the next morning, so I called. Sadly, I'm not sure who I talked to but she was terrific. She checked with the technician and said that the car hadn't even been looked at yet but that it would absolutely be done that afternoon. And it was. Communication needs to be better, especially when I was planning on having my car back same day. More

This dealership exceeded my expectations when dealing with an engine issue that started out troublesome and most certainly expensive.
