Horrible, when I called to inquire about whether they could fix the specific issue with my hyundai car, they said yes and asked me to have my car towed to them. Once I did though, they refused to even to could fix the specific issue with my hyundai car, they said yes and asked me to have my car towed to them. Once I did though, they refused to even touch it and had it towed back telling me they would pay for the return tow. But now I am getting calls from that tow service saying they refuse to pay and that I owe for the tow back. What a let down. They will never get any of my business again. More

Amy took good care of us as always. My wife hit a median curb in the rain and popped the the tire. We got a tow service to bring it to Shottenkirk as we had some road hazard insurance w My wife hit a median curb in the rain and popped the the tire. We got a tow service to bring it to Shottenkirk as we had some road hazard insurance when we bought the car. Amy had the rim and brake lines all checked and replaced all 4 tires. The dealer had a deal on tires, buy 3 and the 4th is $1. The road hazard picked up $500 on the deal so we loved it. They did an alignment as well o top off the deal.
