It's been less than two weeks since I bought a new car, and even though I discovered a defect in the car and requested service, I received a response from the dealer saying there was nothing they could do. I liked the color of the car that your dealership had, so I broke my promise with another dealer and paid more for the car than the other dealer's price, but I am very disappointed in the after-sales support. The manager said he would discuss it with a professional technician and contact me, but I haven't heard back yet. I continued to contact the salesperson, but there was no answer to my phone or text message. This makes me think again that even if I have to wait for a vehicle, I should go to a dealer with good reviews and buy it. I will call you at the number you gave me when I have time. My guess is it will be around Saturday or Sunday.
