Amy did a great job of taking care of our 60,000 mile service on our 2017 Santa Fe Sport. She kept us informed of the completion and delivered the vehicle to us as we waited. I had my car serviced in August and comparatively since August, things are no longer the same and it’s not fir the better. The online scheduling was not working properly showing no available service times August, things are no longer the same and it’s not fir the better. The online scheduling was not working properly showing no available service times until end of November. I called and got an appointment 4 days out. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change & rotation. In addition the price had increased $20. The lady at the counter stated they had compared local services and was still cheaper. I bought my car at Shokkenkirk and have been bringing it to the Canton dealership every 3-4 months. I live in Ellijay which is not very convenient but feel it’s important to allow a Hyundai service member service my Hyundai Kona. After this service and how things were stated, I will be considering where I will have my car serviced in the future and my loyalty to Hyundai in Canton. I am getting nothing special for the inconvenience and price that I could not get local to me. More
