Michael went way far and beyond in servicing all my concerns. He helped with Blue link; he helped with the cover in the back of my Kona; he helped find why a light came on my camera and even showed me concerns. I was in a difficult situation to quickly replace a work vehicle. I needed to replace it with the same year, make, model, and color it possible. I got lucky and found a 2020 Ram Big Horn 1500, silver in col vehicle. I needed to replace it with the same year, make, model, and color it possible.
