Said they couldn't rotate tires because lug nuts were put on too tight from last hyundai dealer. Our discolored yellow headrests (a known issue with the palisade) was, according to them, a two tone co put on too tight from last hyundai dealer. Our discolored yellow headrests (a known issue with the palisade) was, according to them, a two tone color scheme hyundai offers. They said Rattle in back roof was due to last hyundair dealer replacing front sunroof and we need to go back to them. We were excited to have a closer dealer in Canton. Unfortunately Schottenkirk just doesn't know how to run a service department (we had multiple issues with their Chrysler service center as well). I recommend everyone else go to Hyundai in Kennesaw. There is a reason they are backed up for weeks and this dealer gets you right in. More
I called to make an appointment on Tuesday December 27th for new tires, alignment and an oil change. The call center lady took all of that information and proceeded to ask if I wanted my tires rotated... I for new tires, alignment and an oil change. The call center lady took all of that information and proceeded to ask if I wanted my tires rotated... I am not the professional here, but It seems odd and unnecessary to rotate new tires? So I said no. My appointment was booked for Saturday, December 30th. I show up and the dealership informs me that they do not have tires for my car and asked if I ordered some. I said no? How do you accept an appointment and not check to see if you have the inventory to fulfill the appointment? Super frustrating. Then, I ordered tires, setup a new appointment and things went great from there. However, they wasted my time due to lack of training and organization. I will not be back, but the service I received at appointment 2 was good enough. More
