unfortunately had to come back to the dealership for a software update that couldnt be completed when my car was in for service not even a month ago. Cost me over 50 dollars in ubers to get back and forth software update that couldnt be completed when my car was in for service not even a month ago. Communication on the status of my warranty repair was poor until I called the dealership GM. I was constantly told, "I don't know" rather than someone checking and giving any update. Dealership did not even know the warranty repair had been approved 6 days earlier than an update request (another I don't know update) and had to find out from the customer. Disappointed in my service experience with this dealership. More
