Worst experience of my life. Bought a used car that went back for a check engine light, to their credit after reaching out to sales department I brought the car to be repaired. It's been over 2 weeks, and they assure me only 1 more week. Shottenkirk Hyundai has the least responsive service department in the industry. All people want is an update.... I will never buy another vehicle from Shottenkirk based entirely on the service department. More
We got our oil changed and tires rotated, but we were supposed to have a recall done, and they didn't have the part. Not sure there is very good communication between the sales and finance teams. Originally I applied for credit utilizing a co-applicant however the finance paperwork only had myself. Finance had t sales and finance teams. Originally I applied for credit utilizing a co-applicant however the finance paperwork only had myself. Finance had to redo the finance contract. The new car pulled up after finance corrected the contract to include both applicants on the application and turned out the car was damaged on the bumper very noticeably. They had to redo the finance transaction again which took a large amount of our time again. The first car had roof rails as part of the package however the “new,”new” car did not and they did not care to provide the $349 accessory complimentary given the perception that they knowingly gave us a damaged vehicle. Uncertain of our relationship going forward and definitely not recommending them unless they can mitigate my perception of the dealership. Salesman Jacob did a great job but his high values of honesty and integrity did not meet his leadership’s level of low honesty and integrity. I understand this dealership is planning on expanding to the west to become a national household name. Think they have work to do before that can happen. More
