Had to get a lot of engine work done on a 36K mile vehicle. I use "Top Tier" gasoline with the Hyundai recommended octane rating. Was told I was to blame for not using high octane gasoline. Hyundai US said the gas I use is fine but could not help since I already paid the bill. Had to speak to the General MGR to get a loaner during repair time, Service MGR would not return my calls. Then was told there's a fee to pay the bill using a credit card and they didn't even wash the car. I get better service for my other non-Hyundai vehicle, never going back there More
