This dealership gave me an appt in one day. I had to wait for awhile but the woman who helped me was Amy. Very professional, kind. And knowledgeable. She could not have been nicer. I brought my car in for its 8000mi service 2 weeks ago. Suddenly I got the check engine oil light come on so I brought it back. The first woman I spoke to was extremely dismissive and rude. When I explained I needed my car for a road trip, the woman got huffy and puffy with me like I was an inconvenience. She told me I wouldn’t be seen because I didn’t have an appointment. When I provided the paperwork for the appointment 2 weeks ago, she blew me off and told me Michael was the one who assisted me last time and he’d have to do it again. When Michael came over and assisted me, he was understanding and kind. It only took him 30 minutes to realize it was a parts problem causing the oil to leak and was able to fix it for me without the attitude.Michael is the only reason I’ll be returning. More

I bought a certified used Santa Fe from Kennesaw with only 38k miles and surprisingly, within a month of ownership, the engine light came on. I tried repeatedly to contact Kennesaw to take it in for the only 38k miles and surprisingly, within a month of ownership, the engine light came on. I tried repeatedly to contact Kennesaw to take it in for the repair but got no response from them, their sales team, managers or anyone. I was so frustrated with the whole situation so I reluctantly took it to Shottenkirk Hyundai. I was promptly assisted and dealt with Amy Shook and her knowledge, experience, communication and expertise was top knotch. Although they kept my car for nearly a month, they put me up in a new courtesy car which was a nice perk that I didn't have to fight for. Keep up the good work Amy More
