Scheduled service with a 7 am appointment. I dropped the car off the night before. The technician told me the service would take about two hours. I called on the day of service at 12 pm. The technician told me the car would be ready at 2 pm. I asked if there was a problem because I expected the job to be done. The technician then admitted that they were just starting the job. I asked why the work did not begin at 7 am. I was told that they had a lot of cars come in for service that morning. The technician then admitted that the 7 am appointment only was a place holder not a real appointment. I responded by asking why have appointment times if they did not honor the appointment. No answer. I told the technician that I had plans for the day and that is why I scheduled an appointment so that I would know when the job should be completed. I asked why they did not at least call me and let me know it would be later in the day. No answer. They did complete the job but I would not recommend this dealership for service or sales. I also told them that I would not refer friends and family. On a positive note, they did give me a $50 gift card for my trouble. Thus the 2 star review. More
The wait is ridiculously long. I had an appointment and after working all day I was told I would have to wait 2.5 hours for my car to be done. What is the point of making appointments if you can’t get your car in when it’s scheduled? You’re overbooking and frustrating your customers. Everyone in the waiting room was annoyed and difficult to be around which made it even more unpleasant! More

Very slow service. 2 1/2 to 3 hours for an oil change and this was our fourth one on the new car we bought. Everything seems to be done right and the folks are friend 2 1/2 to 3 hours for an oil change and this was our fourth one on the new car we bought. Everything seems to be done right and the folks are friendly, but it is WAY too slow. We always make an appointment at least a week ahead and our car still sits idle for 1 1/2 -2 hours before they even take it back to do the oil change. We'll be trying other dealers from now on. More
