Getting my vehicle serviced here is always a pleasure. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is always completed quickly but thoroughly. Scheduled service with a 7 am appointment. I dropped the car off the night before. The technician told me the service would take about two hours. I called on the day of service at 12 pm. The technician told me the car would be ready at 2 pm. I asked if there was a problem because I expected the job to be done. The technician then admitted that they were just starting the job. I asked why the work did not begin at 7 am. I was told that they had a lot of cars come in for service that morning. The technician then admitted that the 7 am appointment only was a place holder not a real appointment. I responded by asking why have appointment times if they did not honor the appointment. No answer. I told the technician that I had plans for the day and that is why I scheduled an appointment so that I would know when the job should be completed. I asked why they did not at least call me and let me know it would be later in the day. No answer. They did complete the job but I would not recommend this dealership for service or sales. I also told them that I would not refer friends and family. On a positive note, they did give me a $50 gift card for my trouble. Thus the 2 star review. More
