Very average, felt I had to push the process a bit and fact check certain things-push for information. At times I felt they were scrambling, communication between colleagues not good. It did not turn me into a loyal returning customer but it also didn't make me want to avoid ever coming back. Adam made me feel he was too busy for me. I felt they made it a little harder than it should be for me to buy a car from them, like I was driving the process forward and they were reacting. They don't seem to like push back or questions, I am a pretty informed buyer. More
