He went "above and beyond" by also taking me for a drive in his personal Hybrid Sonata, so that I could experience the transition from electric to gas engine. An impressive young man! Communication on the status of my warranty repair was poor until I called the dealership GM. I was constantly told, "I don't know" rather than someone checking and giving any update. Dealership did not even know the warranty repair had been approved 6 days earlier than an update request (another I don't know update) and had to find out from the customer.
