Worst 5-6 hours of me and my daughters life spent here today 1/3/24. Started off at 2:30 with her vehicle of choice, said she didnt qualify because of score. Suggested a vehicle around 18k. Now how did that happen? After insisting on putting my daughter in 3 cars she did not want, they gave an approval for the first one she saw 5 hours before. But wait , with an added $3500 after “approval”. We walked out at this point but our trying to be loyal and repeat customers from her 2021 purchase all went down the drain for what? Greed, games, lies and waisted time. I took off a half day to help my daughter to get her car and lost a whole day of work. We drove from Paulding county, over an hour away bypassing 4 Hyundai dealers to do repeat business. How can I be compensated for my waisted time? More
Shocked that Hyundai allows this dealer to sell their cars. Their mode of operation casts Hyundai in a very negative light. Advertises competitive prices and then adds a lot of bogus fees. A $35,000 car quickly becomes $40,000 with nothing more than forced dealer add ons. Hyundai should be embarrassed to be represented by such a deceptive dealership. If you are considering visiting this dealership, don’t just walk away - run. Don’t waste your time. If we collectively boycott these types of dealers, they will either change or go bankrupt. More

This was an emergency visit as my check engine light was on as well as the coolant temp was extremely low. Didn’t have an appointment but they had me in and out in 4 hours. I researched looking for a vehicle online before purchasing. The price online, the dealership price was why I came to this dealership after losing my vehicle in Hurricane Helene. I had great communi purchasing. The price online, the dealership price was why I came to this dealership after losing my vehicle in Hurricane Helene. I had great communication with the staff prior to my arrival. The price at the dealership ended up being $5,000 more! Jason the manager stated that the price online is only to bring customers in. It was very misleading! How do you trust the integrity of the dealership after that? They do all these addons to the vehicle that increase the final price, and these are addons that can't be removed. So I was really disappointed with the price they were claiming online. You would never be able to walk out with that price. They also say to get the better "discounted" price you need to finance with them, even just for a short amount of time. They also stated that you pay for the taxes upfront and after the car is registered they will pay that amount back to you. That was not the case. The whole communication was garbage. The vehicle was everything it claimed to be, my sales person Mike was very nice and tried to get me the best price, but management wouldn't budge. They would say things like "we will work with you to get you closer to the price you want" but with all the taxes and fees it was no where close to what I wanted to pay. The whole process also took over 6 hours which is ridiculous! I felt rushed and in a bind knowing I needed a vehicle, I wish I had time to look around more. I flew in from Tampa for this vehicle thinking I was getting a competitive price. If I knew the price was higher I could've got a vehicle back home for the same price and would have saved the money on the flight and not had an 8 hr drive back home. In the end I felt taken advantage of, I know it's all a game to talk it up and I was a victim of that scheme. More
