Dishonest car lot. I drove 3 hours to this dealership after finding a vehicle on AutoTrader for $26,875. After arriving and doing the test drive the salesman came back I drove 3 hours to this dealership after finding a vehicle on AutoTrader for $26,875. After arriving and doing the test drive the salesman came back and told us that the price online was a promotion only for police officers, teachers, etc. (It states this nowhere online.) Extremely misleading. They added $1,000 to the online price and an additional warranty that I did not want for another $2,000. Some of the out the door prices they came back with initially were well over $35,000. Much more beyond what it should have cost at $26,875 plus TT&L. They wasted 3 hours of our time, not to mention the drive that it took to get there. Later on, a manager came to assist us with the car and stated that the "police / teacher promotion" was only for new cars. This was a used car and they still refused to honor the price that they listed online. I'm assuming they just list prices quite low to get anyone in the door and try to sucker them into paying a much higher cost than anticipated. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Don't waste your time or expect to pay much more than what their "online price" is. (I see Brandon Weems is listed as a sales associate. He presented himself as management but I imagine this was another lie.) More
