The real frustration came when it was discovered that a Sears "Technician" had managed to break the tool that removes the wheel locks. They had no solution except to return to Damson Honda where all problems were quickly resolved, typical of Damson Honda's Service Department. More

It was quiter than a library! And the waiting room had all the amenities I needed. It was a very enjoyable experience and it made me proud to be a Honda owner! More
Excellent service I was running late and missed the shuttle, my own fault. My service man Ethan was excellent. This was excellent service and nice to see someone cared I might be late even though it wax my own fault missing the shuttle! Replaced seat belt buckle. I purchased my 2003 Honda Pilot at Jerry Damson over 10 years ago. I have used their service department for routine maintenance and recalls. My SR I purchased my 2003 Honda Pilot at Jerry Damson over 10 years ago. I have used their service department for routine maintenance and recalls. My SRS light came on recently, so I called the service department, and they were able to get me in in a couple days. Within 45 minutes, they discovered I needed to replace a seat belt buckle, and they had ordered the part. A few days later, I was back at the dealership and in less than 30 minutes the new buckle was installed they even washed my car! The best news is that it was covered under the lifetime warranty, so it didn't cost me a dime. I have always been impressed with this dealership, and when I decide to upgrade my car (195,000 miles and counting), I will purchase another Honda from them. More
