Excellent service I was running late and missed the shuttle, my own fault. My service man Ethan was excellent. He was concerned about me being late for work and got me I was running late and missed the shuttle, my own fault. My service man Ethan was excellent. Replaced seat belt buckle. I purchased my 2003 Honda Pilot at Jerry Damson over 10 years ago. I have used their service department for routine maintenance and recalls. My SR I purchased my 2003 Honda Pilot at Jerry Damson over 10 years ago. I have used their service department for routine maintenance and recalls. My SRS light came on recently, so I called the service department, and they were able to get me in in a couple days. Within 45 minutes, they discovered I needed to replace a seat belt buckle, and they had ordered the part. A few days later, I was back at the dealership and in less than 30 minutes the new buckle was installed they even washed my car! The best news is that it was covered under the lifetime warranty, so it didn't cost me a dime. I have always been impressed with this dealership, and when I decide to upgrade my car (195,000 miles and counting), I will purchase another Honda from them. More
