I was trying to decide between a Passport or a Pilot. German Salcedo spent the afternoon working with us and test driving both vehicles. They sold us a 19,000 van for 26,000. Van needed motor, and they took it to dodge in Athens, AL. It's been over 3 months and still don't have it. Omg the fees! !! I was looking at a 2022 Ridgeline and several of the packages you can get around $40k. But they keep the loaded $47-50k models. I told them wher !! I told them where I needed to be on it and the sales manager overshot the moon trying to sell me what he had. Says he can’t order me the level I want (sport) because Honda just isn’t manufacturing them right now. (I guess That’s how they create a tight market.). I noticed the dealership fee was higher than most others ($749) then they FORCE you to purchase the”Shottenkirk warranty “ for $999. I asked if I could purchase without that warranty….nope! They’re going to shove it off on you. Loved the salesperson, Laura. Excellent personality and attitude. I give her 5+ stars. But I bought two vehicles previously from Jerry Damson Honda and I want that dealership back! Not everyone is a rich corporate executive. More
