I purchased a used car (Subaru) and brought it back to have the radio replaced. I worked with Chris and he really took care of me. Even though I had an appointment I still had a wait. Patrick was friendly until the discussion about our extended warranty. Then his tone changed to condescending and dismissive. Service department is the best and always solves any problem we may have. And Jennifer is very knowledgeable about possible problems and always on top of what's happening.
