Patrick the service attendant was prompt and did what he said he’d do. He facilitated the maintenance of my accord speedily and I was able to get my vehicle the same day. I purchased a used car (Subaru) and brought it back to have the radio replaced. I worked with Chris and he really took care of me. Even though I had an appointment I still had a wait. Patrick was friendly until the discussion about our extended warranty. Then his tone changed to condescending and dismissive. He claimed they had no way to tell if our car had an extended warranty, however technicians in the past have been able to look that up. He told me to go home and find the paperwork. Service department is the best and always solves any problem we may have. And Jennifer is very knowledgeable about possible problems and always on top of what's happening.
