Got back in my car and all my mirrors had been adjusted and not returned. My driver seat was moved all the way to the back and not put back where it was. Excellent except for the following: I approved the work based on the estimate they gave me, but when the work was done my bill was hundreds more than I expected. I couldn't get a clear answer on why it was based on the estimate they gave me, but when the work was done my bill was hundreds more than I expected. I couldn't get a clear answer on why it was so much more. So when I got home, I went through all the paperwork and receipts with a calculator and found that the estimate for the timing belt only included labor and not the $700+ in parts. It was an honest oversight, but it caused me a lot of grief. I would've been better prepared if I had received the correct estimate up front. More
