As always, Jordan is an amazing asset to your dealership. She is always curtious, knowledgable, and very professional. I live in downtown Marietta City but have no problem driving to Cartersville to have my Ridgeline serviced by your service department. My only complaint, and in no way the service departments problem but the dealerships', is that at on my last visit I found out that I will now be charge a fee to use my card vs cash or check. In today's society, carring a checkbook is so obsolete and having that amount of cash in my wallet is unheard of. I understand the added cost from a business standpoint as I am a small business and have these fees and they do add up; however, you have chosen to accept "plastic" so the responsibility should be on you not added to the customer. These fees do balance out over time. I hope that the dealership takes the customers concerns such as these and perhaps reconsider the inconvience you have no imposed on your loyal regular customers. More

This dealership has always been my go to, but this last experience was unbelievably disappointing. I arrived to have an oil change and tire rotation. I advised the service advisor of two issues that I wa experience was unbelievably disappointing. I arrived to have an oil change and tire rotation. I advised the service advisor of two issues that I was having and ask them to check it out since my car was still under warranty. I was waiting in lobby on my car, but then a friend was in town and picked me up to go eat. I rec'd a call that my car was ready about 90 min later and when I returned, the original service advisor was no longer there and I was advised by Ginger that neither of my issues were noted and neither of them were checked out. She was very attentive and tried to help me, but at this point it was 15 min until closing time and I live an hour a way so now will have to make a special trip to have these issues looked in to. I've been a customer since of shottenkirk service dept since 2014. More
