Issues Service was excellent. However you almost killed me by turning off my headlights, which I leave on all the time for safety. i picked up the car in d Service was excellent. Then in evening, after dark, I drove toward home on I-75 with no lights on!! In heavy traffic it was difficult for me to know this. I had several scary encounters with cars which did not see me. Fortunately I was able to figure out the problem and turn lights on. Your service people have no business changing anything such as lights, radio settings, etc., although I understand the need to adjust the drivers seat. Also, the last two visits to Shottenkirk Honda I have noticed that someone opened the glove box. Why? were they looking for something to steal? Last time it was clear the the box was rummaged through; this latest visit, it was open, then improperly closed such that I had to pry it open. More
