Quoted wait time from what I was told on the phone was significantly longer by about 3x. The employees are always very nice and helpful, no issues there. It wouldn’t allow me to go back Other than the misquoted wait time, I was frustrated with an issue that didn’t have to do with the service department nor its employees. The car came with a very small dent when I first purchased it. I live about an hour away, so I waited until my first oil change to inquire about popping it out - there’s not any paint damage and it’s very small. Well, apparently the super expensive 12-month plan I was forced to purchase in order to buy the car does not include popping that dime sized dent out bc of the location of the dent. Super frustrated that with an almost $40k car with all the extra coverage required to purchase it that this extremely minor issue wasn’t covered, without any wiggle room. I normally wouldn’t spring for these coverages bc it’s essentially useless, but I purchased at a time when there was no way to purchase without adding all of the additional packages $$$$. I can’t press too much bc even though the car rolled off the lot with the issue, I didn’t say anything until this oil change bc A) the dealership is almost an hour away and B) I didn’t realize the fine print says the extra coverage only covers the door paneling, not this small spot by the windshield. Again, that’s not related to the oil change or service employees, that’s just when I was told that it wouldn’t be covered. I still prefer this location over any other for service, I’ll plan on a couple of hours wait next time. More

This was the second oil change that we had to return to the desk to ask for the mileage oil change light to be reset. That should be standard for the Tech to complete.
