No pleased with service I dropped my car off at 9:15 and was told I could come back at noon to pick it up and it wasn't ready when I got dropped off at 1Pm. This was my first time at the location for an oil change service. The staff was friendly. Angie was very helpful and she explained everything that was done and recommendations on few things that will need service. The staff was friendly. First off, I would like thank Tori Brady for her fast and excellent customer service skills. After waiting for almost 30 minutes with no help she was so kind and took care of us within 5 minutes. Other than that, customer service was short and rushed. I sat there for 25 minutes with no help and they took 4 hours longer than what they told me with no warning. I tried calling multiple times and no one could help me. When I finally was able to reach someone they told me to cole back tomorrow they were closed. I needed my car for work in the morning and they weren’t even trying to help me. Finally I found a nice gentleman who helped get my car. More
