Unfortunately my last visit was extremely disappointing and concerning. The day after the service, a lug nut came off one of my wheels after driving. This is not only unacceptable but also incredibly dange and concerning. The day after the service, a lug nut came off one of my wheels after driving. This is not only unacceptable but also incredibly dangerous. Its clear that proper precautions were not performed during the service. This kind of negligence puts customers safety at risk and its unacceptable for any professional service center to overlook such a critical detail. I expected much higher standard of service from Honda dealer at Cartersville but this incident has completely shattered my trust. I urge others to be cautions and consider other options when seeking vehicle care and maintenance. The most upsetting thing was no one from the dealer had the decency to call me back to apologize after I reported it. More
So unsatisfied! The very reason I brought the car in for service was never addressed, and all I received were excuses as to why it couldn’t be completely fixed. You would think that a dealership would have access to everything they need to fix any problem they find in a vehicle, especially one purchased from them. They also sent me home with a missing lug nut on each wheel! Absolutely horrible service and substandard work! I will be taking my vehicle to real professionals from now on because I don’t feel safe driving it anymore after they’ve had their hands on it. More
