Shottenkirk told us they rotated my tires and they did not! I don’t appreciate lies! We had to take my car to another service shop and pay to get the tires rotated! Bad form Shottenkirk! Be ashamed! More

Two issues - length of wait. Almost 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Low tire alert came on after I started home. I had to turn around and go back. More
