This is the 2nd time I have visited the service dept. and received excellent service both times. This time our check engine light came on indicated an emissions problem. Called Ginger in the service dept. and received excellent service both times. This time our check engine light came on indicated an emissions problem. Called Ginger in the service dept. and she said if I could bring it in they would look at it ASAP. After a quick evaluation it was determined the fuel injectors were the problem. The Pilot was out of warranty but Honda had extended the warranty on the injectors out to 10 years.Lucky me ! So abiut 2 hours later we were on our way. We live in Hiram Ga. which is about 40 miles away and there is dealerships closer but the service and attention to detail here make the drive worth it. More
Gave a lackadaisical response to a readily observable problem. I purchased the warranty that is heavily pushed by the sales team and i warned to not purchase the warranty.. the service department took ev problem. The service department said that they wouldn’t handle the claim and the car need to be taken to the manufacturing dealer to have the issue resolved. In summary, I purchased a used car along with the warranty suggested by the sales team. With in 3 weeks of purchase an issue arose, that is specifically detailed to be covered in the warranty i purchased, the service department stated that the issue was not an issue and i should take the car to a manufacturer dealership to have any problems resolved. The warranty company said that i am supposed be to have the repaired by the dealership of purchase.. More
