Worth the trip Staff went out of their way to show options available without feeling like a sale had to be made. Staff was courteous and patient. Nice service writers, when the repair failed due to the bolts being left loose, the dealership did the right thing by towing it in and repairing the issue and providing a loaner. Issues Service was excellent. However you almost killed me by turning off my headlights, which I leave on all the time for safety. i picked up the car in d Service was excellent. However you almost killed me by turning off my headlights, which I leave on all the time for safety. i picked up the car in daylight and returned to office. Then in evening, after dark, I drove toward home on I-75 with no lights on!! In heavy traffic it was difficult for me to know this. I had several scary encounters with cars which did not see me. Fortunately I was able to figure out the problem and turn lights on. Your service people have no business changing anything such as lights, radio settings, etc., although I understand the need to adjust the drivers seat. Also, the last two visits to Shottenkirk Honda I have noticed that someone opened the glove box. Why? were they looking for something to steal? Last time it was clear the the box was rummaged through; this latest visit, it was open, then improperly closed such that I had to pry it open. More
