I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes After the hour and fifteen minutes i inquired about my vehicle and was informed it was still waiting to be serv hour to an hour and fifteen minutes After the hour and fifteen minutes i inquired about my vehicle and was informed it was still waiting to be serviced i asked to speak to the service manager and he was both aloof and somewhat arrogant I am not taking my car back to that dealer again and signed for refund for the remaining services I have to drive half an hour in each direction to get service and it is obviously not worth it More

My experience with the service department has always been great and I expected the same from sales. I still am amazed that it took less than 3 hours to purchase a new Accord. Very satisfactory I switched over to Shottenkirk Honda in Cartersville due to easy of location from me and a little disappointment with the dealer I had been going to. They have been exceptionally good in all facets of service maintenance - timely, fair, and thoroughly knowledgeable. Normally, I have managed to seem Emily Lewis, however, this time I had a couple of the guys. They were all good. They don't try and sell you things you don't need, but tell you what should be done with no pressure. They understand customers and their needs. Will continue to use them for service and if I would buy another Honda. Thanks. Terry More

We come from the Rockdale County area to have our services done because of this specifically. There are at least 7 Honda service departments within 20 miles of us and the consistency in personnel, workmanship and customer service do not compare to what we receive driving over an hour to have our vehicle serviced. Service was great. TJ was awesome! Not dropping us at Bounce-Beans because you can’t drive my car is illogical. Bounce-n-Beans is less than 1 mile away.
