Express not so express Had a 1045 appointment for a B1 maintenance. Arrived around 1030 and was told it would be an hour and a half to be serviced. At about 1115, went looking for the service advisor, I believe her name was Torrie. Apparently she had left for the day, so I asked John to check on the vehicle. Just so happened the car had been done a while and the paperwork was sitting on Torrie's counter. If I had not have gone up and asked, no telling how long I would have been waiting on the vehicle. This is pretty shameful for "Express Service". What's the use of making an appointment if you are not going to observe it and just put the vehicle in line with everyone else. Then to not have backup plans when someone leaves and people are waiting, is pretty unprofessional. More
