I tried to get things worked out with the service manager but was basically told that the tech did not damage the screen and that she was not going to do anything for me. I am not happy that I drop my daughter’s car off to get an oil change done and fix an issue with the A/C, pay $300 and get the car back with an $800 radio screen not working like it should and was told “ it’s not our problem”. I been doing business with this Honda dealer for more than 25 years and have purchased many new cars there. I just purchased a $65,000 Armanda from your Nissan store before you sold it to Riverside. I think that says I am a good loyal customer! I have sent you lots of referrals but if you want to lose me as a customer that will be up to you. Just call me when you decide what you want to do.
