I had a lot of work to be done on my 2015 Honda Pilot. The service manager was very attentive to my needs and concerns. He was willing to work with me to get all the items done. He explained things as the The service manager was very attentive to my needs and concerns. He was willing to work with me to get all the items done. He explained things as they went along and how much everything would cost before they started the actual repairs. He even was willing to help me save money. I live out of town, and yes, we waited a long time but I knew that we would have a long wait from the get-go. He did what he could to speed things along so the wait wouldn't be as long.
