Shottenkirk Fort Madison

I had an issue with a tire on my 2022 GMC Sierra truck with just over 3000 miles. A pun hole in the side wall was discovered after I took it to a local location because I kept having to add air every so o with just over 3000 miles. An appointment was set up to bring the vehicle down so they could check the tire knowing that a pin hole had been found.....thinking possible manufacturer defect ......remember that the tire has right around 3000 miles of city street and very few highway travel.......once I drive 20 minutes to ft.Madison I'm tokd that my warranty is no longer available and that I would have to purchase a new tire to replace a 3000 mile old tire......I have to say that that didn't go over very well. Dustin has always been very friendly and helpful through every purchase, and was able to offer me a very competitive price on both my trade in vehicle and my purchased vehicle. Some dealerships you walk into and you get a pushy vibe that they will do or say anything to make a sale... not at Shottenkirk, they make you feel like you are part of their family. As long as theses two are on the payroll, I will never consider going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle in the future. Truck was in service to replace the chrome mirror cover that was slightly damaged during shipping, no questions asked it was replaced for free. I was given a very nice loaner to use while my truck was in service. More
