Initially they said the issue was resolved but it popped up immediately after driving out. I went back but couldn't leave my car that day so I had to endure the issue a while longer. I left my car with them up immediately after driving out. I went back but couldn't leave my car that day so I had to endure the issue a while longer. I left my car with them for a week while I was away for work and they got the issue resolved and it hasn't recurred. The resolution wasn't perfect, but they got it resolved in the end and it was covered under warranty so I'm happy about that. Side note I bought my car from them during the pandemic when everyone was charging crazy markups but they did not and they won my respect then for having principles and being fair to their customers. The service I needed was done in just a little over an hour just as Greg had estimated, and I was informed of the cost before anything was done. I also bought my car from this dealership, and I have been pleased with every aspect from purchase to service. More

Jerry made recommendations for additional services, and made it clear the additions were not mandatory. Carlos took me home, and picked me up to return to the dealership.
