The owner of this dealership has elimated the rewards system and has implemented a 3% fee when paving for a card. But who carries around $300 in cash and take the risk of being robbed? Terrible Customer Service Miguel Castellon. I had an appointment at 9;15 and I went at 8:30 and left at 9:45 without any service done. when talked to Miguel I found him not professional and n I had an appointment at 9;15 and I went at 8:30 and left at 9:45 without any service done. when talked to Miguel I found him not professional and not easy to talk to or get information nor did he organize any appointments right to avoid car crowds or wasting customer time. he is missing customer service etiquette and is not professional enough to represent Fortbend KIA . I am very disappointed and I told him in front of the staff that I would keep reporting him everywhere until we have the right people back to continue using the same facility More
