Extremely unimpressed with the processing of my credit application (I was required to fill out the app twice as they said they could not find where I had done it the first time; however, it came out that application (I was required to fill out the app twice as they said they could not find where I had done it the first time; however, it came out that they were misspelling my name is why they could not locate it despite already having a copy of my license which caused my credit to be pulled two days in a row by the dealership.), sales paperwork (Which was not sent as I was told and then what was sent had excessive errors including multiple spellings of my name among other errors and had to be resent.), and overall communication (Every time I asked a question, the salesman chose to not return my calls, but instead contact my husband whose name was not on the purchase paperwork.). I will not buy another vehicle from this dealership and will advise friends to go elsewhere after the debacle of my transaction. More

Finance tried to slip in extended warranty and wheels and tires on the contract. We never even discussed it. Sales tried to sell me some customer value package and some other plan and told me it was mandator tires on the contract. We never even discussed it. This is my go to place for any work needed on my truck. Jerry has been amazing along with their service crew.
