Dealership on point, our salesperson Mike absolutely amazing. I test drove two vehicles, Mike helped me to make my perfect choice . Met with a few of the managers, who were all polite. The only reason i brought the car in was for a recall that we called about and the lady said yes there was a recall. I had already stopped using the dealership for service due to issues and price before. that we called about and the lady said yes there was a recall. I had already stopped using the dealership for service due to issues and price before. But I thought I would give you a second chance. Now I will not use this dealership for service any more. They did not call this time and get approval for the replacement of a filter. The service department was asked to check it and they didn't call for approval they just replaced it. I spoke with the service manager who said since we were not asked he would credit it and then changed his mind. I told Brian I would pay whatever bill was in front of me when I got there but if the cabin air filter was on the bill I would not use this dealership any more. When i came to pay the filter was still on the bill and I am a man of my word so because of approx $70.00 your dealership lost my business. We have bought 7 cars from this dealership over the years and done countless service. Pretty sad that you would loose a customer over the mistakes of two service advisors. You have my number and my email I’ll be glad to speak to anyone in management at the dealership. If you are concerned as you say you are about your reputation, Ill hear from someone there if not it will just prove my decision to leave was the right one. More
The team did a very good job on getting Motor Home in and the oil changed. Communication about when the RV service was completed was a little off and the sticker for the next oil change was showing the milea the oil changed. Once again Jerry and the service staff came through for me when I was sort of in an emergency situation. My husband purchased new headlights from an auto supply store and they were not compatible with my me when I was sort of in an emergency situation. My husband purchased new headlights from an auto supply store and they were not compatible with my Ford Edge. I actually could not see to drive at night. Jerry was able to work me in without an appointment and the service manager (do not know his name) promptly replaced them with factory bulbs, recalibrated, and I am now safe to drive. When I was in line to speak with Jerry, there were 3 customers in front of me waiting to see him and each one praised him as their go-to guy for all maintenance/repair needs. One lady has been working with Jerry for several years. The facility itself is top notch, the waiting area clean and inviting, and I feel so thankful that I can take my car to a reliable and friendly service center. More
