I used my debit card and it was showing a Service Charge of $32.80 on the invoice. I thought a debit was the same as cash. The service person ran my card back through for a refund and then I wrote a check of $32.80 on the invoice. I thought a debit was the same as cash. The service person ran my card back through for a refund and then I wrote a check to pay for the service. The cost of the service was refunded but not the service charge. I was told that Shottenkirk would refund the Service Charge by check, but as of this date, I have not received it. We have always had good service at the Jasper location and look forward to continued good service. More

Service was good, as usual…. but please turn down the music playing so very loud with a tv playing full blast in the waiting area. Makes waiting seem like a long time. Had nothing to do with Jerry Adams, but we brought our Lexus in and Tammy kept telling us that it was coming out when it wasn’t. An hour and a half when it was supposed to be finished by the time we got there. There was no extra work needed to be done. I guess they just got backed up but that is why we left it the night before. We went out of our way to have the vehicle there to give you plenty of time to do it And it seems that you didn’t even start doing it until after we got there. then we were told over and over oh, get a cup of coffee. It’ll just be five minutes. i’ve been in business for well over 40 years and I was always truthful with my customers. If I made a mistake, I took the blame and made it right. She did apologize when all was said and done but we could’ve made much better use of our time. More
