This past Saturday- I took my 2022 Jeep Gladiator in for her first oil change and a tire rotation- Thanks to my JEEP WAVE memebership - I did not have a bill this appointment- I began my Service appointment her first oil change and a tire rotation- Thanks to my JEEP WAVE memebership - I did not have a bill this appointment- I began my Service appointment by using the online services to initiate the Service request - since I have used their online option previously, I was familiar with the scheduling process-I was able to get an appointment within 2 days- to me that was pretty quick- the only criticism I have for the online process- is perhaps update the Service Advisor (only 2 Service Advisors are listed) the one I selected was not who I met with when I went in for the Service- but honestly it did not matter- because I was greeted by Carmen- who was FANTASTIC - from start to finish- She was very thorough and very professional- and extremely polite-I hope she remains at Shottenkirk CJDR for a while because she truly is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE with a smile- THANK YOU Carmen- I will ask for you again on my next Service Appointment- Very Satisfied, Chris H More

All in all the experience was ok. The only issue we had was the communication factor. One item was not done on the list but Sam took care of that himself. We were told the vehicle was serviced oil change and filters. The info center had not been reset so Iam not sure they did what they said they were going to do! As of right now we are happy with the purchase. The vehicle is a 2018 Ram 2500 Diesel. More

Shottenkirk charged me for repairs that were not necessary. Upon returning to NC My vehicle had the same problems it had when I took it in to Shottenkirk plus a broken fuel pump float that was insta necessary. Upon returning to NC My vehicle had the same problems it had when I took it in to Shottenkirk plus a broken fuel pump float that was installed by Shottenkirk. Also unnecessary. My NC service rep said all I needed was a TIPM box and everything Shottenkirk did was a waste of time and money. My dealership made the repair and it runs great. Relaying this information to Shottenkirk along with invoices I was told I would receive a full refund. I have dealt with this for over 5 months and still do not have my refund. I call,leave messages and send emails. Shottenkirk will not respond. I will never use or recommend Shottenkik to anyone ever. More
