I scheduled an oil change online after confirming that it would take less than an hour. Came early to get paperwork done. The office was chaos. People standing around but not able to help. The three serv would take less than an hour. Came early to get paperwork done. The office was chaos. People standing around but not able to help. The three service people were all on the phone. Took over an hour, service I didn’t ask for was done and the discount I was to be given I had to fight for. We had just bought the car three months ago. Not worth it. Seems to be a pattern as many others were annoyed or waiting long periods of time. Just be honest when asked how long so we can make the adjustment. I get that it takes time but when promised one thing and then it doesn’t happen the customer feels lied to. More

I would give 0 stars if I could. Recently dropped my daughter's Jeep Cherokee off for a number of issues that popped up on a vehicle we purchased just six months ago from Shottenkirk Recently dropped my daughter's Jeep Cherokee off for a number of issues that popped up on a vehicle we purchased just six months ago from Shottenkirk's sister dealership across the street. The service department did not even review a list of all of the issues with the vehicles. Although they repaired a couple of items, one of the issues was the screen, which was pixelated and had lines across it. Although it could be clearly seen any time the vehicle was turned on, we were told our vehicle was ready and everything was complete. I'm not quite sure what level of uncaring and blatant disregard for an issue would make a dealer claim a vehicle is fixed when the screen isn't even functioning properly. This is on the heels of multiple issues I had with my Ram 1500. I will never, ever, purchase a vehicle, or have a vehicle serviced, in ANY Shottenkirk facility. What a joke of a dealer. More
