I would give 0 stars if I could. Recently dropped my daughter's Jeep Cherokee off for a number of issues that popped up on a vehicle we purchased just six months ago from Shottenkirk Recently dropped my daughter's Jeep Cherokee off for a number of issues that popped up on a vehicle we purchased just six months ago from Shottenkirk's sister dealership across the street. The service department did not even review a list of all of the issues with the vehicles. Although they repaired a couple of items, one of the issues was the screen, which was pixelated and had lines across it. Although it could be clearly seen any time the vehicle was turned on, we were told our vehicle was ready and everything was complete. I'm not quite sure what level of uncaring and blatant disregard for an issue would make a dealer claim a vehicle is fixed when the screen isn't even functioning properly. This is on the heels of multiple issues I had with my Ram 1500. I will never, ever, purchase a vehicle, or have a vehicle serviced, in ANY Shottenkirk facility. What a joke of a dealer. More

While they have taken care of the issues I’ve had and I am grateful for. I really appreciate it. But they just seem to be endless and it’s made buying a vehicle not enjoying after not purchasing one for 11 am grateful for. I really appreciate it. But they just seem to be endless and it’s made buying a vehicle not enjoying after not purchasing one for 11 years I was excited to finally get back in a truck. Like I said I truly Appreciate them fixing what has came up after purchasing. But now I have an other light on now dealing with air bag and I’m afraid I’ve passed that timeframe of them fixing. When I bought the truck it was online for sale and hadn’t even gone through service. Once again grateful what they have taken care of. Just been a bummer buying a truck. More

Utter disorganization. Grumpy advisor that complained about being the only one there. Email reminder was sent to wrong email address. When I asked to update my profile he told me to write my email on a scrap sheet of paper and he would take care of it later. My car sat in the outgoing lane for about 15 minutes before I walked up and asked if I could check out. He pointed to a stack and said he would get to it. When he finished and brought the paperwork to me, I didn't pay attention. While sitting in a gas station I decided to look at it and it was for some man and a Dodge Ram truck. I had to return to Shottenkirk to get my correct paperwork. The next day I get a text saying they were sorry I missed my appointment and sent a link to reschedule. For real??? More
