This is the worst dealership that my family has ever worked with. I purchased a vehicle that could not pass the emissions test and they still have the vehicle on their lot (7 months and counting). They left oil everywhere. They didn't clean up after them selves. This isn't the first time this has happened to us. Not very happy. Brought it in for a recall and they found an electrical issue both concerning the airbag. Technician destroyed the console getting to the electrical, and I had to point it out after I received the vehi issue both concerning the airbag. Technician destroyed the console getting to the electrical, and I had to point it out after I received the vehicle back. Admittedly, they did give me a new dash, but I'm going to put it in myself. Little bit of frustration on too that no one let me know when it had come in. The actual electrical issue was not repaired correctly. The problem is on a TSB for the 2005 Magnum that a new connector was recommended, as the wiring was just a little short, and adjusting the wheel could pull them loose. When replacing the connector, the technician wired it in as close to the main harness as possible, defeating the entire purpose of the repair. I'm going to have to fix it myself, as well. Seems I'm not the only person to feel the way I do, as while I was waiting at the parts desk for my console replacement, individuals working in the parts area where chatting about how bad the technicians really were. More

The service department is absolutely horrible! If I wasn't forced to have oil changes and tire rotations done at their facility (due to the "PLAN" you must purchase when buying a new vehicle from If I wasn't forced to have oil changes and tire rotations done at their facility (due to the "PLAN" you must purchase when buying a new vehicle from Shottenkirk) I would take it to another facility. No care is taken for the customer and the last visit for my Ram took over 2 hours because they "forgot" to put it in the service bay. I could elaborate on the excuses however, it's ALWAYS excuses when dealing with the service department. Final thought: managers and even the Owner don't return phone calls when you have a concern or complaint. More
